I prepare your document according to guidelines for language and formatting. I also make sure that the writing is clear and structured. Although this is no guarantee that the submission will be accepted, it certainly raises the chances of your submission being understood and seriously considered.
I work flexibly and can accommodate delayed deadlines and (some) last-minute requests. It’s important that we communicate as much as possible so that we can get the best result.
Yes I do. This is a great way to get to know each other, collaborate, and problem-solve. Meeting in person for a kick-off is particularly effective. I can also travel to study sites to collect data and liaise with study nurses/doctors. And of course I travel to conferences to support you in your presentations and other conference logistics.
Yes, or by phone. Many of my clients find it helpful to talk through their content. When I listen to what you say, I can then turn this into writing. I am available at short notice for calls throughout a project.
No, but I do request you mention my contribution in an acknowledgements section.
Yes, at a minimum I can spot errors and inconsistencies. I can also help structure your writing for flow, and tailor the language for your audience.
